Wrinkles Don't Hurt

Here's the latest DT card that I've made for CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS  using the Wrinkles Don't Hurt stamp set. This time I've used Ethel sunning herself.

I stamped Ethel and the sentiment onto white card then masked Ethel. The card was then coloured with scattered straw and dried marigold Distress ink. I removed the mask and coloured Ethel with Promarkers then I embossed the card using the  Sea Scape Spellbinders Impressabilities. I masked Ethel again and coloured the embossed area of the card with vintage photo Distress Ink. I found some pink and white checked fabric amongst my bits and bobs so with a Promarker I added some darker pink spots to match her bikini, then I frayed the edges to make it look like a towel. The fabric and Ethel were then attached to a white card blank that I'd edged with vintage photo. I stamped the signpost and aeroplane, with stamps from the Beach Gals stamp set, coloured them in, cut them out and added them to the card.
All the stamps used are CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS stamps.
