Mans Best Friend
A digital page from me today made for the Digitally Made challenge Pets/Animals.
My page features my two lovely dogs Josh and Murphy.
I used my Craft Artist programme for the border, frame, butterflies, leaves and words, for everything else I used some of my photos.
Thank you for dropping by, have a lovely day. xxx Hazel.

SPA - Tropical Summer
Hi everyone, I hope you're enjoying the weekend.
This week I'm hosting the Sunday Postcard Art challenge and the theme that I've chosen is Tropical Summer.
I've gone digital this week, I found an image on the internet and used it for the background then I had fun using the Craft Artist to embellish it with flamingos, flowers, birds, palm tree etc.

Rainy Day Tag
Good morning everyone, I have a tag to share with you today, I made the tag for the UK Stampers July swap.
For the background I used Infusions and Distress Oxide. I stamped the image with an Inkylicious stamp. I stencilled some raindrops using a stencil with some Dreamweaver translucent embossing paste, unfortunately they don't show up on the photo.

Cats
Hi everyone, sorry I've not done much commenting lately, hopefully by the weekend I should be visiting your blogs.
The challenge at Moo Mania and More is Cats so I'd like to enter a card that I made a couple of months ago.
I matted some paterned paper onto a white card blank. For the background I used distress ink to colour a Justrite stamp, before stamping it I sprayed some water on the inked stamp. The images were stamped with Laurel Burch stamps onto white card and then I coloured them with felt tip pens and cut them out. I added some flowers and sequins.
Thank you for dropping by, have a lovely evening.

UK Stampers - Inchies
Hi everybody, not been a very good week, on Monday we found out that Josh our dog is very ill - going to a specialist clinic tomorrow and on Thursday we said goodbye to Chandler our lovely cat, she had a good life and reached the grand old age of 20 - will miss her lots.
Today I'm sharing the inchies that I made for the UK Stampers July swap.
I used scraps of inked card and they were all stamped with Inkadinkado stamps except the mermaid, not sure what make of stamp she is.

Altered iPad Cover
Hi everyone, it's been over a year since I've made anything for the Altered Eclectics Design Team, but now I'm back and for my first project I thought I would give my tatty old iPad cover a new look.
This is my iPad in it's altered case and below it is the old tatty case.
The first thing I did was to glue together all the bits that were falling apart.
I gave it a coat of white gesso and covered it with some lovely Imagination Crafts rice paper.
I added layers of acrylic paint, stencilling and stamping.
I used Stampendous stamps and dies for the butterflies. The butterflies were glued to the cover and I gave it a coat of matte medium, when this had dried I coloured the butterflies with Pitt pens and added some word stickers.
