I'd like to share with you the card that I've made for this months challenge at KCUK, the theme is pink.
Last week my friend Alison came to play, we had a wonderful day playing with our Gelli plates - I now have lots of lovely backgrounds to use.
I started by stamping a PaperArtsy flower stamp with aged mahogany distress ink onto my pink Gelli background. I then stamped the Jofy flowers and dragonfly onto the background and also onto white card, I coloured the flowers, leaves and dragonfly, then cut them out and adhered them over the images on the card, I added the sentiment and adhered the whole thing onto a white card blank that I'd edged with aged mahogany.
Lovely card with wonderful colours. Valerie

Absolutely love it, Hazel - gorgeous! Father Christmas brought me a Gelli plate, too, so am dying to use it but a little bit wary - your b/g has inspired me! Thank you x
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful background, and the JOFY flowers are so cool against it.

Really pretty Hazel and a gorgeous shade of pink. Missed it on KCUK but glad I caught up on here. Only just getting back to blogging after a long, long break so I have a lot of catching up to do.
