Coca Cola Hanging

This is my latest DT piece for GECKO GALZ. I used images from the Cola Wars Ephemera sheet and the Bridge Club background paper.
I printed the images and background onto card and embossed the background with a Creative Expressions brick embossing folder, I had to do two and join them together, I used vintage photo Distress Ink on the bricks to make them stand out more. I distressed the edges and attached it to a piece of black corrugated card. I distressed the edges of the images and matted them onto black card and attached them to the background. I made the flowers from Coca Cola cans using a Spellbinders flower die to cut them out. I sanded the surface to take of some of the shine and then shaped the petals. For the centre of the flowers I attached the small coke bottle images to the insides of some bottle caps and smothered them with Glossy Accents. I attached the chain and a with couple of small flowers and brads.
