A Touch of Red

This is my entry for the Less is More a touch of red challenge. I found it more difficult to do than I thought it would be, had a few attempts before I was more or less happy with the result. I stamped the image and words on to a white card blank and coloured part of it with a red watercolour pencil and a water brush. I added a little red gem to the flower that I've coloured.
Stamps used.
Penny Black, the main image.
Stampotique, the words.
I wasn't sure if I liked all the white card so I tried it with a red border. Not sure which one I like best.

  7. Hi Hazel,
Your first card is superb... when you get used to looking at lots of CAS cards, all that white space will become your friend. It looks wonderful!
    Thanks for joining us!
    Have a great week.

  13. I don't think you need the red border - the red sings out more on the white alone. Its just lovely. :-)
