Poppy Art Journal Page

Good morning everyone, a bright and sunny start to the day here, I hope it’s the same where you are.

I’m sharing with you an art journal page that I made a few months ago, I’ll have to try and remember the products that I used as I’ve lost the notes that I took at the time.

I used acrylic paint on the background and stencils, the poppy seedhead is a Paperartsy stencil and I used an Aall&Create stencil for the grass at the bottom. I stamped the poppy on some tissue paper and adhered it to the page, then I coloured the image with felt tip pens. I added some remnant rubs and some orange washi tape round the edges.

Thank you for visiting, you’re all very welcome. Have a lovely day. xxx

  1. A fantastic poppy page Hazel. I love the variety of images you used. I hardly ever take note of the stamps I use. I think it shows you are enjoying creating the page.

  6. Fabulous poppy pages Hazel, one of my favourite flowers. They don't seem to like this garden much, grew like weeds in Wales.
