Fathers Day Card

I'd like to share with you a Fathers Day Card that I've made using the wonderful May products from Gecko Galz. If you're stuck on what to do for a Fathers Day Card this year why not visit the Gecko Galz website and take a look at the May collage sheets.

Image, Chequered Strip, Chequered Flags and Sentiment from Gecko Galz Start Your Engines Collage Sheet.
Gecko Galz Dapper Dan Background Paper.
Card Blank.
Faded Jeans and Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
Black Card.
Twine and Staples.

Cover the card blank with background paper and the chequered strip.
Take another background paper and tear it to size and colour the back side edge with the Distress ink, this is so that when you tear it and fold the torn bits over white paper won’t be showing. When you’re happy with the distressing adhere it to the card.
Colour the edge of the image with the distress ink and staple it to a piece of torn black card. Adhere it to the card.
Adhere the twine to the top of the card - cut out the chequered flags and adhere them to the twine.
Adhere the sentiment.
