This month the Creative Expressions DT have been sent the fabulous Heartfelt Creations Bold Bella Rose stamp set and Bella Rose dies to work with.
This is the card that I made.
I stamped the leaves onto some background paper with bundled sage Distress ink.and then matted it onto some white card that I'd edged with bundled sage. I attached the ribbon to one corner before matting the background onto the main card blank. I coloured the rose stamp with Whispers felt tips and sprayed with water before stamping onto white card, I did this three times, then I die cut them and attached them to the card. The die cut border was made with a Spellbinders die from the Fleur De Lis set.
Lovely card Hazel, love the trim at the bottom. Tracy x

Spooky! You have chosen the exact same colours for your roses as I have for my next piece! I was jiggling about with it all morning! Love your fancy picket fence effect with the border die and obviously the colours!!!

Definitely not something I'd be drawn to, Hazel, although I did go rash and get a Hero Arts set of dies and stamps, but you've done a brilliant job of this. It looks fab x
ReplyDeleteS lovely to see yellow roses for a change instead of the usual pink or red. Gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteLove this lots and lots! I have done something similar for a future project and am encouraged as yours looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteLovely to see different colour of roses.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful design.
