Today I'm sharing the card that I made for my husband, I was inspired by a video I watched on YouTube, sorry but I've forgotten the name of the artist.
I used watercolour paint to paint the hearts and when the paint was dry I splattered the card with some Kuretake gold watercolour paint. I used a Pitt pen to write the word love.
This photo shows more of the gold splatters.
I'm entering my card in the following challenges
Try It On Tuesday - Romance
Moo Mania and More - Love Is In The Air
Thank you for visiting, have a lovely day. xxx
What a gorgeous card, love all the details. Happy day to you, too. Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful, Hazel - really pretty and arty at the same time, with the dribbled paints and splattered ink. Love your handwritten 'love', too - I love Pitt Pens and use the Bold for edging stamped images before I glue them onto card or paper! Sadly, that's the only one I have left - must put them on my wishlist! Have a great day and thank you so much for joining us at Try it on Tuesday.
