Illustrated Travel Log

Marieke Blockland was the teacher for lesson 7 at the Art Journal Summer School 2016, for this lesson we had to do an Illustrated Travel Log. In 2012 we went to Ireland for a wedding and had a wonderful long weekend there, so I decided to illustrate the weekend.

I'd like to enter my travel log in this months Art Journal Journey challenge, the theme has been chosen by Gill an is Natures Wonders, Ireland is full of natures wonders.

I drew the images with pencil and coloured them with watercolour.

I think this is a lovely way to record ones travels and I hope to do more.

Thank you for visiting, have a lovely day.
xxx Hazel.
